Move #2: Plank to Push Up (B) Press back up and then straighten your legs, lifting your knees off the floor into a full plank. Hold for one count and then return to start position. Do as many reps as you can for one minute. (Want to make it harder? Reverse it - do your push ups on your toes and then gently tap your knees on the floor into a modified plank in between each push up.)
