Hi All. So, I've done NOTHING so far this year. What's even scarier is I've gained 23 lbs since my thinnest days in college. Oh, how I miss the days where my only responsibility was going to 2 or 3 classes a day, thus letting me spend 2-3 hours at the gym. Nowadays, I'm working full time and go to graduate school at night. Time is something I miss terribly. In an effort to combat my increasing weight, I've joined groups like this, and I loveeee all the Sugar sites. But I needed a bigger kick in my jiggly butt. I 'stumbledupon' Fatbridesmaid.com one day, powered by Word Press, and decided I should create my own blog. I plan to write in it every day, documenting and photographing my food and my weight. I plan on including recipes and exercises, as well as mini-rants and raves (like all this SNOW!!!!). I feel that the more people 'following' my blog, the more motivation it will give me to follow through on my goals. I will inevitably also talk about fashion and beauty, since I love dressing up and lots of my clothes aren't fitting me right now.My end goal is 145 lbs by April 16th. My dream goal is 140 lbs. My first step is to get down to 155 lbs. I'd love if anyone here subscribes to my journal, it would be a great boost for me, personally, and you might learn a fun recipe or workout technique along the way. Thank you! (And if I'm not allowed to post a link here, I apologize-just trying to spread the word!!!)
