The Stationary Bike
Pros: Low impact, easy on the joints, offers a wide range of intensity options

JessicaSmithTV | March 30, 2011 12:24 pmQ: I have lost 3 dress sizes in weight since my son was born, but my problem is I'm not losing more weight in 2 problem areas: a roll of fat under my naval (even though I do 3.5 hours of ab exercises per week), and I have excess fat on my bum. I do 4 hours of total body exercises per week, and a bit of cardio in between but my upper body is slim and I can not afford to lose any more weight on my chest as my bust size has already decreased too much as it is!
